1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the content of the Website/Application, including images, graphics, photographs, plans, texts, services provided are the intellectual property of the Company and/or the contracted companies and are protected according to the relevant provisions. Logos and distinctive features representing AUTORENT CAR PARK and its services are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of the Company and are protected by international trademark and industrial and intellectual property laws.
For these reasons, any copying, analog / digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of derivative work or misleading the public is prohibited. Any reproduction, republishing, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content of the Website/Application in any way or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of the Company or any other legal Beneficiary of the above rights.
2. OBJECT OF SERVICES
By making an online reservation through AUTORENT CAR PARK, a contractual relationship (legally binding) is created between the user and the parking space where the reservation was made.
Online Reservation: The successful completion of the online reservation process on the Website/Application by a user, which entails the reservation of one or more parking spaces in the parking lot of the user's choice and which is either accompanied by a Special Offer or not.
Processed Reservation (or Completed Reservation): The Online Reservation which is successfully completed with the appearance and parking of the vehicle of the reservation in the parking lot and which is accompanied by the provision of services based on the terms and conditions of the reservation.
Arrival Date / Arrival Time (or Entry Time) / Departure Time (or Exit Time) / No. Traffic (or Vehicle) : Each Reservation is valid for a specific date and time of entry and for a specific vehicle.
Modification of Reservation: The User of the reservation, after making a reservation, has the right to modify
a) The Beneficiary's name
b) Date & Time of Arrival
c) Date & Time of departure
d) No. Circulation
The Modification of the Reservation can take place up to the Arrival Time and does not burden the User / Beneficiary of the reservation.
Cancellation of Booking by the User: Customers may cancel their reservation up to 3 days before to their arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 2 days before arrival will incur a 30% charge, with the remaining amount refunded. Failure to cancel before arrival will result in the full amount being charged due to the reserved parking space.
Cancellation of Reservation from the Parking Space: In extreme cases where the parking space is exceptionally full and does not use the electronic reservation management system, for reasons of force majeure or in the case of the exceptional private lease of the entire space of a parking space by a third party, the parking space has right to cancel a user's reservation by informing him at the same time within a reasonable period of time until the date and time of arrival.
3. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company recognizes the importance of the security of Personal Data as well as electronic services and takes all the necessary measures, with modern and advanced methods, to ensure the maximum possible security.
4. AUTHORIZATION TO MOVE VEHICLE
By parking your vehicle at Autorent Car Park, you agree to grant Autorent Car Park and its authorized personnel the permission to move your vehicle within the facility for operational purposes. This may include but is not limited to:
a) Managing space utilization efficiently.
b) Facilitating the ingress and egress of other vehicles.
c) Maintenance activities.
d) Emergency situations.
5. NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES
Customers who choose to leave earlier than the reserved duration are not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of their reservation. Our rates are determined based on the full duration of the reserved period.
